Senior Fabrication Technician

company specializing in Aluminum Fabrication. Since its inception, we have with
extreme effort established Tile Centre as a market leader, achieving a
remarkable position in the local and East African Regional market with focus on
the quality of our products and services.
Tile
Centre is presently a name known for reliability and continuous improvement in
all types of Aluminium Fabrication for Offices, Malls, Hotel Complex, Schools,
Show Rooms, Banks, Recreation Facilities like Restaurants, Clubs, Call Centers
and large residential spaces including farm houses and auditorium, and all
other types of buildings.
We are now
seeking to recruit a person with Diploma or Certificate from a recognized
college for the post of Senior Fabrications Technician to guide our operations
in offering a full range of Fabrication designs and architectural services to
meet the growing demand in our target market.
You should
be able to:
1. Plan for all fabrication issues and
implement all new process according to required order.
2.Coordinate and support technicians to and maintain quality
of work in processes
systems.
3.Manage all communications with supervisors and ensure
efficiency of all fabrication
process and resolve all emerging issues.
4.Design various ideas for all ladders and gantries and
prepare detail drawings for all fabrication processes and decorative services.
5. Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and
supervise the fabrication and welding of all products.
6.Plan
all materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources
and administer product orders and ensure compliance to all time frame for all
fabricated products.
7. Coordinate with sales team and
prepare all product designs and develop products for R&D team.
8. Assist the General Manager to prepare reports on regular
basis after final inspections.
9.Manage and reconcile all work orders with help of vendors and
prepare required drawing and evaluate
all welding joints.
10.Maintain
quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and
perform inspection for all painting and sandblast.
11.Provide support to all total productive maintenance
programs and design all fabrication
processes and appropriate schedules.
12.Budget
monitoring and coordination of entire project costs.
The
candidate should have 3-5 years experience in working with a heavy commercial.
Knowledge
of Glass Works will be an added advantage. If you are interested, send your
